Hello everyone today I will share some principles of book "how to win friends and influence people" by dale Carnegie


- Don't criticise, condemn or complain
Criticism is unprofitable because it puts a person on the defensive and usually makes him strive to justify himself.criticism is dangerous,because it wounds a person's precious pride,hurts his sense of importance,and arouses resentment.
Instead of condemning people ,try to understand them.

-Remember name
The name sets the individual apart,it makes him or her unique among all others .
Remember that a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.

-Be a good listener.
Encourage others to talk about themselves.
People you are talking to are a hundred times more interested in themselves and their wants and problems than they are in you and your problems.So, be a good listener ,give chance to others to talk about themselves.

-Become genuinely interested in other people
if you want others to like you ,if you want to develop real friendships,if you want to help others at the same time as you help yourself, keep this principle in mind.

-Smile
your smile is a messenger of your good will,your smile brightens the lives of all who see it.
